JR Women's empowerment refers to the ability for women to enjoy their right to control and benefit from the resources, assets, income and their own time, as well as the ability to manage risk and improve their economic status and well being. In addition, improving the status of women also enhances their decision-making capacity at all levels in all spheres of their life Educational Women Empowerment It means empowering women with the knowledge, skills, and self-confidence necessary to participate fully in the development process. It means making women aware of their rights and developing a confidence to claim them.

JR Women empowerment is helping to empower women by promoting their participation in all areas and sectors to build stronger economies, improve their quality of life and bring gender equality.

Women empowerment is very necessary to make the bright future of the family, society and country. Women need fresh and more capable environment so that they can take their own right decisions in every area whether for themselves, family, society or country. In order to make the country fully developed country, JR women empowerment is an essential tool to get the goal of women's development.

The most famous saying said by the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru is "To awaken the people, it is the women who must be awakened. Once she is on the move, the family moves, the village moves, the nation moves".

JR Women Cell which will help to Women's to become independent and start up their own small scale industries. we are guiding ,giving training and helping them to get loan from govt., also we are including awareness regarding menstrual hygiene
